3. Delivery Time

Purchased websites will be delivered within 2 to 3 business weeks from the confirmation of the order and receipt of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.

4. Review and Maintenance Period

Once the website has been delivered, the client has a period of 2 weeks to report any errors or issues. After this period, any maintenance, bug fixes, or corrections will be considered additional services and will incur separate charges.

5. Post-Purchase Contact

We commit to contacting the client within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase to clarify requirements and ensure proper implementation of the purchased service. Communication will be conducted via email or phone as provided by the client.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data provided will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Mexico) and GDPR for clients in the European Union.

Personal data will be collected only for the purpose of fulfilling services.
Data will not be stored or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

7. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer. Clients are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate. Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the chosen payment provider.

8. Billing and Invoicing

Invoices will be issued electronically upon full payment. Clients must provide valid billing information. Requests for invoices after delivery may be subject to processing fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code created by RainyWaves remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the website for their intended purpose. Redistribution or resale without consent is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
